1. The books, papers and documents as required under the provision of Companies Act, 1956.
2. Factories Act&Rules,1948.
3. F.P.O .Act1955.
4. Annual Accounts / Balance sheets are maintained as per company act etc.
5. Completion of all the statutory requirements.
